Take a look at the recap from the recent London 2013 campaign. This past run has been one of the best and smoothest trips. With all the support from the people of Europe behind us, the energy and work momentum stayed strong throughout the late hours. The best part for me was to see my brothers Miguel and Noah taking things to the next level, and the effort they put into the craft. Giving as much attention in growing their minds as well as their work, these guys are leading a path to becoming great artists. And Jose, always giving and paying close attention and care in growing the team effort, guiding and empowering as a true leader. And of course we can’t forget the bones of the trip Alex, Steven and Toby. Without their hard work, patience, and motivational ball breaking, we would never have pulled through the long sessions. EURO CAMPAIGN – Noah Minuskin

My next artist I would like to showcase is my boy Noah Minuskin. Since joining the family in January, Noah has been ruthless with his work ethic inside and outside of the studio. Not only with tattooing but also maintaining a full time schedule as a student enrolled at the prestigious Art Center College Of Design. This kid works 24/7 and when I say this, I mean it. Aside from dedicating probably close to 90 hours a week to his schooling he is still right here with me at every chance he can get, soaking up all the knowledge he can. Since Noah’s arrival to the studio, we all have been learning and evolving together with late night tattoo sessions leading to intellectual talks getting us all to think outside of the box. From Sun Tzu to Socrates, this kid has been doing his homework and has been applying all of this positive deep thought into his tattoo work. I have spent the past 20 years laying the bricks for Lowrider Tattoo, in hopes that I can create a place where young aspiring artists like Noah can cultivate there talent. I am proud to say that he has taken full advantage of this I couldn’t be more excited to see where he takes it from here…
I am pleased now to announce that Noah will be right here alongside myself, Miguel Ochoa and Jun Cha as we travel east this January to launch our 2013 EUROPEAN CAMPAIGN. Take a minute to get aquanted with his recent work…
Noah shares the same passion for fineline black and grey as I do. His current work has been based on strong ideas of history, family as well as rich culture and heritage.
He is very excited to share his work with you all over seas…

FAMILY

After all is said and done all we have left is our family. The money we cant keep, all we have is all the wonderful memories to take with us. I want to thank all my boys for always being there for me to help me and support me through all the tough times.
Man what else can I ask for I have the best team in the world these guys really are some thing else. From Jun Cha, my brother Gustavo, my good friend Noah Minuskin to my always loyal boy Miguel Ochoa we make a great team here at the shop or on the road from place to place we make it happen but not with out the help go of my brother steven and my brothers from other mothers Boston Bob and Marco who are always willing to go with us and have a good time when ever we are not working. So Stay tune we are coming back to LONDON for to start our 2013 campaign. Make sure book your appointment fast for our time is very Limited.

FIRST DAY IN LONDON

Its been an hour after landing and we’re all real tired……can’t wait to get some rest in our room after check in. But our boys Jamie and Alex took us around the city to check out some museums. To our surprise, there was a Mayan exhibit goin on…
It was crazy, to see our cultural roots taking place and memorialized half way across the world…it got all of us amped up for what’s to come…
Mark, like always, was being a little clown. Reminded me of the last time we were in Rome when he almost got arrested for stepping on the Trevi Fountain. Sometimes that guy needs a leash and muzzle..
Nice to see my bro Gustavo was examining and amazed by the level of detail on the Mayan carvings as well…. hope this will inspire him for the days to come.
Its time to go check in and do what we came here to do and tattoo… Ten hours then pass by. At 6:30 AM the piece of work is done and the sun is coming out. Mark is yelling at me to go to sleep but I still have one more job to do… To let you all know whats going on…
Jun i hope your praying for me…..Im going to need it. Thank you everybody for your love and support……..

THE WORLD AT LARGE

Much love to our boy Robert Lopez and family, whose invitation for us to Egypt and Africa, had to be sadly declined at the last minute …
Jose and the crew missed the Cairo nights, all in hopes of keeping the 24-7 work routine to meet the new shop deadline. But we were happy to see our extended family representing to their finest.
Keeping in touch with us across the world…Sending pictures of the sights, sounds, and experiences, was surely enough to keep the travel bug for us…bitting.
Our eyes and ears are open and we’re on the lookout in new places to explore. The importance of traveling and being given the opportunity to experience another culture is one of the main reasons why we the job we do. We got our sights set on major landmarks like New York, London, and Amsterdam…as well as crossing the world alike in Australia, India , and China. Can’t wait...

INTO ACTION

With the London Convention just around the corner in September, the artists are getting prepared dishing out tattoos left and right. Working around the clock, long days, and weary nights, preparation is everything at the moment. Ben came in today to finish up his deviant skull design, a nice break from the usual, and a nod to the artists of macabre such as Jeremiah Barba and Paul Booth, this tattoo was flooding down his upper arm…

LONDON CALLING

Earlier this week we had the privledge of being in the company of Jaime, a returning client and friend from London.
It’s always a pleasure to have clients continually return seeking only the best in tattoo work. Jaime, has been tattooed both at the Milan Tattoo Convention as well as the London Tattoo Convention by none other then Jose Lopez.
…This time around, we were honored by having Jaime fly all the way from across the pond for a several hour session…
