The homegirl Angel came in today to get her vato blasted on her. It was a hard piece since Estevan is one of my good homies…but still we went to town.
it was hard to pick a good picture of Estevan even though angel had so many. We picked one that showed off probably his best quality….Photography. We first applied the stencil and then got to work.
After seven hours of intense work…the tattoo was over. Angel was relieved.
It was a fun day just like the many others the past few weeks. We are fortunate to be tattoo artists, it is the best fucking job in the world.
After the day was over we cleaned up and had to take one final picture with all the homies…..We also repd the new book LA WOMEN by Mister Estevan Oriol himself… make sure you check it out. A special thanks to the homie big Flaco for twittering us all fucken day, and also our boy big bad Onki for coming in to talk about the much anticipated Lowrider Grand Opening. Its going to be the shit!
Bon Nuit, Jose Lopez

I got to tell you everything I envision is coming together just like I though it would. I cant stop thanking all of you who have contributed for this dream to become a reality.
My boys Imper and Paige really went all out to make this happen, and are still working on some more little surprises for the shop.
It took alot from all of us, even my client Travis who had his tattoo session stopped so that the huge mural could be hung……Thank you Travis for being understanding ill get you back on the next sess.
Finally the finished product….Dayam, Its sick. You have to come in and see it for your self, Another innovation brought to you by Lowrider Tattoo Studios.
Yours truly Jose Lopez

Its been a tough journey the last couple of months. On top of working everyday, traveling across the world back and forth, we’ve been working on the new Lowrider Tattoo Studio……with only a month and a half left for the Grand opening, we have to get the final details ready…
After many technicalities and obstacles, we move on. From picture framing to color matching, our jobs got more challenging…
It the end, we knew the finish product will be well worth it. So please stand by for more details and Guest List for our Grand Opening coming soon…

I cant begin to tell you how much fun we’ve had the last couple of weeks….We went from London to Las vegas, back to back. Thanks To our good friend Mario Barth who made all this possible . It was a honor to meet the Legendary Japanese artist Horitoshi and his crew.
I was speechless with the level of precision in his work. His colleagues wore it proudly. He showed us lots of respect and admiration as well. Humbleness I couldn’t describe…
I want to thank Horitoshi’s student Hide for showing us so much love……..I will see you in Japan soon.
