Our Boy Bobbie came in to start a full sleeve, something that can be a little difficult at times. Here are some of the work in progress.
“Charging bull” The symbol of optimism and Prosperity
The arm of victory, Bobby has chosen so many elements that expresses the way he feels about life, and all his accomplishments.

and finally The Blue Print
I will be seeing Bobbie in the next few days for yet another session on this amazing sleeve.
Than Bobbie for all the support and love you showed us.

LORENZO
Tuesday, May 31st, 2011
While in breda we made so many friends and reunited with so many others but one that I had a pleasure to meet was Jaffa who was a friend of another good friend of us, our boy Elco. I first went to work on my boy Elco, we did a piece done by my good friend back home Pint one of the many people that has inspired me and shaped my life of the years.
The art of Pint has spread like a wild fire all over the world I only hope it is to his liking, Thank you Pint you the man! Jaffa was the next in line he told me a little about his struggles with life and I told him a lil about mine he a beautiful person despite all the troubles his has been trough. There is something in particular that keep him going, his son Lorenzo. He kept a picture with him when he was only a baby and he says “that got me through lots of hard times.”
It was a pleasure to do his sons portrait on him and I wish him and his son the best of luck.

A big thanks to my boys from right to left Thieu, Jaffa and Elco from your boy, A Big shout out to Jaffas Daughter and son Lorenzo

Johnny’s art is improving more and more through his determination and he’s also taking his time to teach the apprentices a thing or to about his technique.
More to come.

HARD WORK = SUCCESS
Saturday, May 28th, 2011
Its been almost a month of non stop work for all the guys, and not only tattooing but also dealing with being away from home which many a time hits us harder than the actual physical work. But we still prevail and we come out on top. A special acknowledgement goes out to Miguel Ochoa for putting it down and making a lasting impression not only with his work but his personal relations as well.
As soon as we landed Miguel started to leave his mark on so many Lowrider fans with his flawless script.
Its a beautiful thing to not know someone and then after a few hours of tattooing on them feel like you known them for a life time.
The process begins……
The process endures…..
And after many hours of pain and hard work the process is rewarded.
This is not just a job we are changing peoples lives in a huge way, or least i like to think that i am for my life is different after every tattoo i do.
I see the enthusiasm, joy and some times deep though on the people we meet as if some thing magical transformed them. A special thanks to all the boys in Breda, our boy Bart for always supporting us we love you back our boy Lion for sitting for hours like true soldier and to all the other homies putting it down the same way we are we love ya’ll peace.
An at the end just family and friends, we still have the time to sneak a little something on our boys who help out so much while we put it down.
This is just a little bit of Miguels work there is a lot more to come so check back and stay tuned.
Thank you your friend and artist

TATTOO RENAISSANCE.
Tuesday, May 24th, 2011
As an art, they have been traced back 4,000 years to the Egyptians. They appear in the culture of the Polynesians, the Maoris of New Zealand, the Mayas and the Incas. King George V, Czar Nicholas II and King Frederik IX of Denmark wore them. For years they have adorned the arms and chests of sailors, roustabouts and construction workers. Now, after a decade or two of decline, tattoos are enjoying a renaissance. They have become the vogue of the counterculture.
- TIME
It’s now the year 2011 and tattoo shops are popping out left and right thanks to the mainstream acceptance brought forth from TV show’s such as Miami Ink and LA Ink. Now, tattoos are seen more of an artform and a way to express yourself rather than what it was decades ago. Tattoos were worn ritualistic in many tribes, they were worn as a way to rebel from mainstream society, and they were also worn as a way to show sworn allegiance to a clan or crew.

The way we see tattoos now compared to 30 years ago has changed drastically. Black and grey tattoo artists such as Jose Lopez, Mr. Cartoon, Jack Rudy, Jun Cha, Bob Tyrell, Paul Booth, Chuey Quintanar, Pint as well as color tattoo artists such as Nikko Hurtado, Mike Devries, Joshua Carlton, Brandon Bond and Roman Abrego have revolutionized the way we see tattoos on a daily basis. No longer are we afraid of approaching a tattooed person, we embrace their artwork and see them as art collectors and not as a menace to society.

There is a rebirth in the tattoo industry. Artwork is now a way to make someone feel better about themselves and to express eachother in such a way that they couldn’t before. Women are becoming more ravishing when they get tattooed, artists keep raising the bar for what true art should stand for and we can’t wait to see where this industry goes to in the next couple of years.

Stay Tuned.
